Finish

Available in a white finish, the Laverne & Shirley Storage Cabinet can flow with any decor. The finish is a tough melamine laminate that is scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant, and easy to clean. Please note that the teak finish has been discontinued.

Compact

If you choose to add a custom insert for your table, please note we will need your machine's brand and model number. Each acrylic insert is custom-made to fit your machine and table combination. These inserts are designed to fill the gap between your sewing machine and cabinet opening. This ergonomic work surface will allow for neater stitches, less fatigue, and a better sewing experience! If you order a custom acrylic sewing insert, it will be shipped separately and delivered later than the table since they are custom built.

Three-Position Hydraulic Lift

The advantage of the hydraulic lift is that it provides three-tiered positions for your sewing machine. The first top position is specifically for free-arm sewing. The next tier down provides a flat tabletop surface, and when paired with the insert, your project will glide effortlessly from the machine to the tabletop. The lowest tier position offers a space for machine storage inside the Laverne & Shirley Sewing Cabinet.


Inserts

The best part about the Laverne & Shirley Sewing Cabinet is how compact yet expandable it is. Opening up the rear quilt leaf enlarges your work surface and keeps your more significant projects from hanging, pulling, or drooping on the floor. The pullout cabinet offers a designated place for your ironing and cutting mat conveniently in reach. Plus, four easy-glide drawers that include two specifically for storing spools of thread. There are 53 built-in spindles for thread in each one. The bottom two drawers are excellent for safely concealing different notions, fabrics, tools, or iron.
