Wonderfil's Iron' N Fuse is a unique and effective 40wt fusible thread that has dozens of applications. Made of fusible vinylon, the Iron 'N Fuse spool holds 200 yards (183m) and is only available in white. You can use it to lift, move, or limit the shifting between fabric layers and lining up corners. To use this thread, simply iron the layers, then pull the top thread out.

To get the best results and increase the sticking power when using Iron' N Fuse Thread, Wonderfil recommends using a zigzag stitch or wide stitch. Also, the suggested needle size for machine sewing is 80/12 and #10 when hand stitching.
